BlueShort is made by BlueGuard Security LLC. For help with the Mac app, the iPhone and iPad app or the web console, write to pwright@bluetoothdefense.com. A person reads every message. Tell us the short link involved and what you expected to happen.
Use Sign in with Apple in the app. Any Apple ID works and the account is created the first time you sign in. The same account opens the web console at blueshort.cam/app.
Every row in the app has Burn and Delete. Burn stops the link from opening and keeps its history; Delete removes the link and its history. A deleted link can keep redirecting from an edge cache for up to a minute.
BlueShort Pro is billed by Apple. To cancel or change it, open App Store settings, choose your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. In the app, the plan button opens the subscription sheet, which has Restore Purchases.
Choose Delete account in the app and confirm. The account, every link it owns, their statistics and any API keys are removed from the service at once. An Apple subscription has to be cancelled separately in App Store settings.
To report a BlueShort link that leads somewhere harmful, open blueshort.cam/r/ followed by the link's name, or write to the address above. Reported links are paused and reviewed.
